HR GO Recruitment are looking for a New Business Training Solutions Advisor to join a vibrant team for a market leading Safety training company in Northamptonshire. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced telesales executive to support the company's rapid expansion. The Company Our client is the market leader in safety training, with a Group turnover of £10m. The courses supplied are delivered nationwide at dedicated training centres and customer sites. Their refreshing and innovative approach to health and safety training is widely acknowledged as setting new standards within the industry. The company has been built from the best of the best stock. The Role This is an internal telesales role (inbound and outbound) based at the client's head office in east Northamptonshire. As part of a driven sales team, you will responsible for managing an allocated group of customers with the aim to grow these accounts by up-selling and cross selling over the telephone. You will form close relationships with key decisions makers to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. Some Key Responsibilities will include -Contact allocated accounts to drive bookings to both open and dedicated training courses. -Develop a detailed understanding H&S training and associated card schemes to include CSCS and CPCS -Build close relationships with key decisions makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share -Identify Customer training requirements, while generating quotes and process bookings -Develop strong relationships with internal administration and delivery team The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have strong customer service and people's skills and be competent with IT skills, especially the use of Microsoft Office suite and databases. You will have a minimum of 2 years proven telesales experience. You will have similar experience in a business to business sales environment ideally, and proven track record of delivering in a highly targeted sales role. You will be positive, proactive and motivated and able to prioritise workloads. Experience in Training or Construction sector preferred. Hours 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursdays with an early finish on Fridays (5.00pm) Location Head office in Irthlingborough Salary £18-21 k depending on previous experience within the sector. Plus, OTE commissions structures (uncapped) This is a role which offers career progression in the future for the right candidate, to Team Leader, key Account management or Field Sales Roles.
