HRGO Driving Peterborough are looking to expand their successful team with a trainee Consultant who will support the planning team. You must be articulate, able to converse with drivers and clients alike, have good numeracy skills, customer service should be of a high ethic. This is a small friendly team but a busy office and we specialise in the supply of drivers to over 30 different customers, mainly HGV. Knowledge of transport would be an advantage but full training will be offered. More important is a sense of humour, ability to multi-task, take responsibility for tasks set and a willingness to learn new skills. This is a Monday to Friday role possibly 08.00 to 17.00. You must know Microsoft packages and full training on our in-house system will be given. There will be a need to help with On Call so flexibility is essential. Able to deal with varying situations and a fast-paced environment where the phone rings constantly and the attitude to deal with drivers, plus high ethic for compliance is a must.
