HRGO are currently looking for a Textile Machine operators on behalf of a family run manufacturing company based in Clayton West, Huddersfield. This is an excellent career opportunity with an established but growing company.

Role:- Textile Machine Operator
Salary: £9.42-£12.00 Per hour.
Hours: This role will operate on a continuous shift pattern of 6am - 6pm on a 2-days on, 2-days off basis. A shift allowance of 6%

Requirements include: -

• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to work efficiently and a drive to improve continuously
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• An ability to work on your own initiative
• The ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• To work well as a part of a team and communicate with other workers
• Positive, "can do" attitude is crucial
• Latex/Coating experience would be beneficial
• FLT or BOOM license beneficial

The right Candidate should ideally: -

• Have experience within a running a latex textile machine
• Be motivated and health and safety conscious.
• Can work to time frames and deadlines.
• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and general education
• Very good level of written and spoken English
• A great eye for detail
