Position: Test Centre Operative (Mobile)

Location: Cheshire West and Chester Borough

Hours: 4 on 3 off (5 days out of 7) 8:30am-7:30pm

Salary: £10.14 per hour

This role is a Mobile Worker and this means that the role will involve travel across the borough. Many services and customers span across the Borough and therefore you may be required to work at any location in Cheshire West and Chester area, your own transport is desirable.

Duties:

• To support the Covid19 Asymptomatic Testing programme across a range of sites within Cheshire West.
• Undertake a range of daily tasks including queue management, cleaning and deep cleaning, registration of test subjects, preparing and processing tests, providing guidance for self-testing and ensuring that the site is set up efficiently for all members of the public on a daily basis.
• Process and record test results and disposal of medical and bio-hazard waste, including PPE in a safe and secure manner by the strict adherence to processes and procedures.
• The post holder will work flexibly across all tasks on site as and when required and rotate into the different roles ensuring the delivery service excellence.
