ROLE: Temporary Recruitment Resourcer

PAY RATE: £10-£12P/H Based on experience

HRGO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Temporary Resourcer to work with our friendly team in Eastbourne. You will be working for One of the Uk`s leading Recruitment Agencies.

You will be working with a team of Recruitment Consultants and meeting both targets and dead lines, finding suitable applicants for available job roles. Talking to suitable applicants about lives job roles. There will be full training given.

Job Description

• Source, develop and retain candidates pipelines
• Book candidates into required booking using our CRM system (training provided)
• Generate candidates from multiple sources
• Write engaging job adverts that attract candidates to the opportunities
• Highlight trends and identify market insights into recruitment challenges and identify opportunities for development
• Partner with stakeholders and support them with candidate management
