HRGO are recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a Customs company based in Dover.
The successful candidate should possess excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and manage pricing and promotional strategies
Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
Work closely with the freight team to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping
Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
Track and report on sales performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
