Working for one of the biggest UK retailers based in Leeds - Morley LS27, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to develop and lead a team of talented individuals.

You will ensure training and guidance is provided to your new team members on a daily basis in order to achieve the companies targets and elevate the team's performance.

What will you be doing in your new Team Leader role?

• Managing a medium size team
• Being responsible for learning and development of your team
• Effective management of the team's KPIs
• Responsible for producing reports for senior stakeholders and customers
• Managing absences, sickness and lateness
