HRGO Education are working with outstanding Secondary and SEND schools in Thanet, Kent. They are seeking Teaching Assistants to support KS3/KS4 secondary aged pupils with their academic work and any additional learning needs.

Suitable Teaching Assistant candidates:

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable (classroom, coaching, tutoring, social work etc)
• A good level of English (written and oral) GCSE or Level 2 equivalent
• Will have the ability to support the class teachers and to inspire pupils, helping them academically and to manage behaviour for learning
• Organised, pro-active, friendly, hard-working and resilient with a good sense of humour.
