We are looking for that stand out individual that really understands recruitment processes and has the commercial awareness to plan and implement strategies to attract the highest calibre of candidates available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment team and support effective recruitment across the organisation

• Promoting careers via the companies social media channels, showcasing why it is "The" place to work

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisor and sharing your expertise with training and development

• Constantly reviewing the best methods for attracting candidates and adapting processes accordingly

• Managing the recruitment budget for the organisation

• Attend job fairs to raise awareness

• Working with schools, colleges and universities regarding yearly intakes of students

• Offer interview training and support to line managers

• Manage assessment days & interviews

This is a full time permanent position, flexible working is available but you will be required to visit other offices as the business requires (Kent & London)
