Supply Chain Admin

HR Go Recruitment are currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator for a Local Hospital.

This is a full time, temporary position.

Hours will be Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700.

Summary of the role:

  • Communication with suppliers, chasing outstanding orders on request of Material Management Staff or to update outstanding order reports.
  • Deal with amendments of purchase orders due to price changes, non-delivered items and outstanding orders
  • Working through month end reports and updating the financial system.

Candidates will need:

  • Strong IT Skills, ideally a quick learner with picking up new systems efficiently.
  • Good admin background
  • Good written & oral communication skills
