EXCELLENT TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY Job Title: Stores Data Clerk Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £8.41Per Hour Hours: Mon - Thurs 07:00- 16:00 Friday - 07:00-13:00 Working closely with the on-site Gate Keeper, you will be a point of contact for all new parts enquiries on the shop floor - ranging from single item requests to multiple uploads. You will take responsibility for the store's Bill of Materials (BoM) and the maintenance of its data to help to build and improve business efficiencies in line with the standards expected of the client. Also, to progress daily all overdue stock and non-stock goods. The store data clerk will on occasions help with the day to day running of the stores when needed. * To progress Client orders with suppliers upon request * To expedite status of delivery lead times on all orders placed when required * To work towards the Client's standards on the uploading of new parts onto the BoM * To assist in the creation and maintenance of a data dictionary by revising and entering product descriptions within the BoM * To identify duplications, omissions and errors within the BoM and to work closely with the on-site Gate Keeper to help to resolve these in a timely manner * To build and maintain Client confidence on the confidentiality, maintenance and analysis of its product data * To produce and deliver the end of day upload of BoM to the on-site Gate Keeper for uploading onto the SAP system * * To maintain regular communication with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Client Relationship Executive (CRE) and stores supervisor to ensure workload is managed and maintained in line with IESA and Client expectations. Carry out various Adhoc tasks requested by stores Supervisor or Gate Keeper i.e reports or help with in the stores. * * Strong problem solving, mathematical, statistics and quantitative reasoning skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient planning and organizational skills with a methodical and logical approach * Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy * Effective decision-making skills * Excellent IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel and its formula functionality * Exceptional customer service skills * Proven experience of data work (Excel) and has a hands-on approach. * Experience of working within a customer service environment You can apply for this position directly through this advertisement, or for further information on this vacancy please call 01384 212600.
