Sous Chef: Our client is Restaurant based on the outskirts of Haywards Heath. They are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic chef who thrives in a busy kitchen, serving some fantastically produced fresh food. You will be required to work alongside and support the head chef with the every day running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate: * Experience in a similar position * Be able to train junior members of the team * Possess professional cooking / hospitality qualifications, and Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 * Have knowledge of seasonal fresh produce * Development of seasonal menus and sourcing quality ingredients * Have a positive, can-do attitude and great passion for serving great food Our client serves and cooks fresh food only and provides over 2000 covers per month. The weekly rota will be a combination of straight and split shifts based on a 5 out of 7 days.
