Site Inspector

Our Client who are based in Canterbury, Kent are looking for a Temporary Site Inspector to come on board to start with immediate effect for initially 3 months.

Working on site Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

You will be responsible for the inspection of planned works carried out by Tradesmen to ensure the repair and maintenance of work is carried out is to a high standard.

Typical work that you will be inspecting could include kitchen and bathroom installs, repairs of fencing, fascia boards & painting/decorating. These products could be being moved from one property to the next. These are annual planned repair and maintenance works to existing properties in Canterbury.

You will examine all quality of work and report back to the Capital Works Lead.

Site Inspector/Clerk of Works experience or an experienced Tradesman who has managed staff in the past would be good for this role with a broad knowledge base of the Construction industry.

Hourly pay rate is negotiable and weekly pay.
