Sussex HRGO requires a Senior Full Stack Developer for our client located near Haywards Heath. Following the launch of their online bookings function earlier this year, they are now looking for an intelligent ambitious Full Stack Developer to join and lead their team. This is a role that would ideally suit someone looking to make a real contribution to a fast growing company and be well rewarded for same. The successful candidate will be highly technical, with a passion for technology, a good computer science degree and have a proven track record with required tech stack. In a perfect world you'll have experience working on high traffic, responsive, consumer-facing, ecommerce websites too. Technical experience C# and some legacy VB.Net. T-SQL (MS SQL Server) JSON and REST HTML, CSS and Javascript (jQuery) Experience of Sublime Text, IIS, SVN, Trello, .Net Core or XCode + Swift (for company iOS app) would be a bonus. Responsibilities Being a hands-on technical lead to a small in-house development team. Architecting the codebase, optimising performance, being accountable on development standards and strategically paying down technical debt. Driving operational improvements (eg. on continuous delivery and automated testing). Actively contributing to the product development roadmap and delivering to agreed deadlines. Optimising UX for improved conversion using data-driven principles. Creating APIs and partner integrations and supporting business automation. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, with an enthusiastic can-do attitude and an analytical and resourceful mind. Deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility when necessary. Strong communication skills essential and a creative flair would be an added bonus.
