Job Description

Airport Placements are looking for reliable, flexible candidates to work in departures at Birmingham airport assisting the security staff within the Liquid Prep area and to ensure that the best possible experience is delivered to passengers.

Candidates are required to cover the hours as 4am To 10am on a shift pattern of 4 on 2 off. Overtime hours can also be available.

Candidate will be expected to assist throughout the operation, generally tasks will include:

• Assisting security with ensuring that passengers have placed all liquids from their hand luggage into the clear plastic bags.

• Assisting passengers where necessary prior to them going through security into screening.

• Giving general assistance to Security

Essential Requirements:

• No previous experience required as full training will be given

• Must be able to converse with passengers in English.

• Must be presentable and wear a Birmingham Airport issued uniform.

• Must be flexible, Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

• Must be able to cover a shift pattern of 4 on 2 off.
