SAP PP Consultant

We are recruiting an SAP PP Consultant for one of our prestigious clients, a global leader in the automotive industry. This role is based in our Shared Service Centre located in Wrocław and offers the opportunity to work remotely.


Role Overview:

​​​​​​In the SAP PP Consultant role, you will require highly qualified knowledge and experience in designing and implementing SAP Production Planning (PP) within a global manufacturing organization.

This position will work closely with Process Owners, SAP Teams, Sales Operations, Planning, and Manufacturing Subject Matter Experts to drive standard PTP (Plan to Produce) processes. You will participate in designing and building global policies, procedures, and processes, master data, role definitions, and change management for the SAP Template in an on-premises SAP S/4HANA environment.

This role demands strong consulting skills, complex solution design, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise in the business environment to achieve desired business results.

This role requires both core SAP PP knowledge and experience and in-depth business process knowledge, along with experience in building and driving standard process adoption through SAP implementation and roll-out projects.


What you will do:

  • Support the PTP (Plan to Produce) process within the SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
  • Manage master data and demand within SAP PP.
  • Configure and utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionalities.
  • Execute production orders within SAP PP.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Batch Management.
  • Ensure smooth integration between SAP PP and other modules like SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and CO (Controlling).


Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years (preferably 5 years) of experience working with SAP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PP principles and functionalities.
  • Experience working in a discrete manufacturing environment with SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or SAP QM (Quality Management).
  • Experience with template roll-out projects.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial or Automotive sectors.
  • Hands-on experience configuring SAP PP.
  • Proven track record of working on at least one complete end-to-end SAP project.
