Role Overview: In the SAP FICO Lead role, you will need highly qualified knowledge and experience in designing and implementing SAP FICO  within a global manufacturing organization.

This position requires strong consulting skills, complex solution design, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to achieve desired business results.

What you will do:

• Work closely with Procurement, Planning, and Distribution Global Process Owners and SAP teams in designing and building the global SAP template
• Handle Purchase Requisitioning and Release
• Manage RFQ Process in SAP
• Oversee the Purchase Order Cycle
• Handle Intercompany Procurement (including STO and Transfer Pricing)
• Manage Inventory Management Processes in SAP
• Set up and configure Inventory Management organizational structure
• Manage Batch Management and Serial Number Management in SAP
• Ensure integration with SAP Finance (SAP FICO), including Logistics Invoice Verification
• Ensure integration with SAP OTC, Production, and eWM (SAP SD, PP & eWM)
• Create, enforce, and follow standards and procedures defined by the GPOs and Regional SAP Teams to provide governance to new full-cycle SAP roll-out projects, enhancement projects, and helpdesk tickets to ensure process, data, reports, and methodology compliance
• Support RTC Teams (Internal SAP Team, 3rd party consultants, IT, and internal business) in the implementation of the Template across EMEA sites, plants, and business locations
• Work with a mixed team of internal IT, business resources, and consulting partner resources

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a global organization within SAP FICO area
• Knowledge of SAP FICO Processes – General Ledger,  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Costing, Cost Center Accounting and Bank Integration
• ​​​​​​​Experience of Template Roll-out Projects
• Experience of Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive  Sectors
• Must have experience with both FI and CO 
• Must have hands on configuration experience
• Must have worked on at least 2 end-to-end SAP Projects
