Sales Ledger Assistant

Our client a Global organisation, have an immediate opportunity for an experienced sales ledger assistant to join their team.

Duties will include:-

  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Preparing Sales Invoices
  • Analysing and producing debtor reports
  • To carry out credit control duties to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Reconciliation of files and intercompany files for submission to Head Office
  • To assist with month end procedures and preparation of management reports

Candidates suited to this role will possess 1 - 2 years worth of experience within a similar role and will be computer literate having a basic understanding of Excel.
