HRGO are recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client based in Whitstable. An ambitious Sales Executive with business development, telesales, or account management experience, is required to join a thriving, growing IT distributor in Kent. The Sales Executive will join a team of 12 developing new business and running a portfolio of existing accounts. Full IT product and sales training will be provided. The successful applicant can look forward to a career where the company's top earners make over £50,000 after three years' service. Responsibilities * Generate new business leads by calling potential clients * Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions * Develop accounts and upsell new product offerings * Attend client meetings Skills, Experience & Qualifications * Some sales / account management experience (B2B preferably) * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong IT skills (working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) * Some experience of using a CRM (or working in an environment where a CRM is used) * Driving licence and access to own transportation This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales orientated Account Manager to develop their career at a leading IT distributor. Prior experience of working in IT hardware sales is not essential. 1st year OTE £22k-£28k, 2nd year OTE: £30k+, 3rd year OTE: £50k+.
