HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit Sales Executive to start working as soon as possible, for a prestigious Claim Company.

Working closely alongside the Sales Manager, you will assist in lead generation, formulating propositions and collating business information in response to client requests and sales plans.

The role is predominately a remote working role, but you may be asked to come into an office for meetings, training, or other business critical reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• To secure new business
• Assist in negotiations, including, commercial terms, pricing reviews, operating models and legal contracts.
• Assist with creation of tender documents for both insurance and non-insurance opportunities.
• To be involved in inputting into the strategy and direction for development of allocated clients, or new business, assist in the delivery of that strategy.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Successful sales experience, including market knowledge, other alternative and transferable skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance / claim's management arena e.g., insurers, brokers, MGAs, tech companies
• Self-starter, ability to engage and be confident in group settings, client/market social event settings
• Ability to liaise at all levels, supporting Sales presentations and discussions, facilitating and leading on internal meetings accordingly in relation to sales/tender preparations

Shift: Flexible. The hours you work may differ from week to week according to business need.
