Our Client based in Kent are looking for an Sales Development Representative to help foster their growth plans for UK and Ireland.

The role

The role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to identify and generate sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales Team and increase pipeline value. You will be in a customer facing role with outbound sales campaigns and activities delivered together with a vibrant team. You will be generating Sales Qualified Leads for the Sales Managers.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from outbound campaigns
  • Target large enterprise accounts for new business
  • Generate qualified meetings for Sales Managers
  • Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from MQL/ SQL to Booked Orders
  • Outbound calling prospects
  • Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle

Key attributes:

In order to succeed in this role you have a proven background in sales and business development. You strive in working in a fast paced, continuous delivery environment and is used to a busy workload and have excellent time management and organizational skills. You are a Self-starter with a strong motivation to hit and exceed targets. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.

In order to contribute in this role we believe that you are:

  • An ambitious self-starter, ideally with around 2+ year's experience in an outbound sales/business development role
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

It's a big plus!

You will stand out from the crowd if you:

  • Speak German or Spanish
  • Have used sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Zoom Info and or LinkedIn
  • Have previously used Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience within a technical sales role.
