Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Birkenhead
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £22,500 P/A with uncapped commission (£35,000 P/A on Target Earnings)
Due to growth and success, we are currently looking for several enthusiastic well driven individuals to work for a well establish Construction Consultancy Company, who are currently in the process of relocation to a new office space and are looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will have previous business development or sales experience. If specifically, within telesales, telemarketing or experience selling B2B subscription products would be a bonus.

About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Initiating outbound contact with potential clients, inbound lead qualification and processing leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects and setting up appointments
Book new business opportunities for the sales team by producing campaigns, making good use of social media to produce awareness, and interested, making outbound calls to cold and warm prospects
Responding to contact inbound leads as priority
Engage with leads through nurturing and monitoring behaviours using tools such as social media, phone, email as well as mastering lead generation working closely with sales and marketing on both automation and targeted cold call lists
Those who have experience within Sales or Business Development role, or even outbound sales-based experience would be ideally suited to this role. Will be hands on and have a proactive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
