HR GO Recruitment are currently assisting a well-known company in the Ashford area in their quest for a Sales Co-ordinator. Main Duties: * Answering incoming enquiries either by telephone or e-mail * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Always offer excellent customer service * To communicate the status of customer orders to internal and external customers when required The candidate: * Previous experience of working as a Sales Coordinator or similar is essential * Working knowledge of a CRM system * Experience of liaising with internal and external departments via phone/email * Strong communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously Benefits package: * 25 days holiday plus 8 BH days * Opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 holiday days * Gym Membership with a local gym * Generous contributory pension scheme This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
