Scope and purpose

• Process quotes and recommendations in accordance with the Company's processes.

• Accurately prepare remedial recommendations from data supplied by the service engineers and accurately cost quotations and control the process through to final customer decision.

• Data handling, entry and export through the Company's Management Information System (MIS).

• Contacting customers to follow up on recommendations and quotes to convert into sales where possible and ensure compliance to current standards.

• Follow up on leads and actively contact customers, existing and potential, to advise on and market of he clients services. Convert leads to sales where possible.

• Manage work requests that require subcontractor services, obtaining quotes, raising PO's, manage reports and invoicing following completion.

• Support the business with mobilising subcontractor works with customers including attending customer meetings as and when required.

• Liaise with Customer Service and Service Engineers to progress reactive orders.

• Manage internal processes & customer forecasts as required

• Accurately maintain specification documents.

• Prepare monthly management information on outstanding quotations and report on the business won/lost/pending.

• Respond to and where possible resolve customer queries or issues, resolve or escalate problems to the correct level or appropriate contact.

• Cover for peers during holiday or sickness - as required
