Job Specification POSITION: Sales Administrator (10 month contract +) LOCATION: Flintshire HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm SALARY: £18,500p/a REF: VR/00776 Our client is looking for maternity cover, the ideal candidate will have good administration and customer service experience. Job Specification: Processing sales orders on to the system (using an ERP system called Priority) Responding to emails from customers and general queries from potential customers Following up on quotations and converting into Sales Orders Liaison with sales on quotations/orders/delivery dates etc After Sales service e.g. shipment tracking, Fedex liaison, complaints and compliments logging Person Specification Systems literate, able to learn a new ERP system Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, some Excel Accurate data entry Excellent communication Detail conscious Immediate start available for the right candidate.
