Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: West Bromich Salary: £16,000 to £17,490 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM The role is based on a temp to perm full time basis. Are you a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator that is looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity within a reputable company in the Tipton area that is looking for you! Duties Include but are not limited to: *Answering inbound calls from customers *Update a CRM system *Monitor emails. *Handle enquiries & orders from customers *Process sales orders *Inform customers on delays or any problems with the orders *Work closely with the Sales Manager *Conduct sales operations when required *Gather information from customers on calls *Visit customers with the support of the sales manager when required *Be aware of the stock & materials supplies *Keep in regular touch with the Warehouse department Skills/Experience Required: *Enthusiastic *Lively *Good on the phones - confident with speaking to clients, well spoken *Hard Working *Ability to multi-task *Good organisation skills *Computer literate including all standard Microsoft Office programs *Works at a fast pace and is focused In return you will benefit from: *Onsite Parking *20 days holiday + bank holidays *Company bonus *Private company pension *Career progression The above role is based on a temp to perm full time basis, hours of work Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM To apply please e-mail CV's or call 01384 212 600 for more information.
