Sales Administrator

Our Client based in Rochester have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

If you are energetic about sales and have experience with the ability to work within the Office Supplies Industry then this is the job for you.

They are looking for someone that has the drive and hunger to help grow a medium size company by assisting with the sales order process for new and existing customers

Key responsibilities;

  • To look after an existing Client base and be proactive in speaking to new Companies in London and the Southeast.

  • Process Orders, answer incoming sales calls and assist Sales Admin with quotations and customer enquiries.

  • To help with email promotional campaigns, marketing mailshots and assist with managing the database.

  • Delivering Sales & hitting targets by creating sales and sourcing new clients.

  • Expanding the companies geographical reach with ambitions to create more business across London as well as the home counties.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Ability to work successfully on your own and within a team

  • Preferably have sales experience in creating new business opportunities

  • You will have a competitive nature, an interest in Business and an ambitious spirit.

  • To support the business development team by raising quotes or arranging samples

  • To call customers on regular basis to develop and maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with delivery and general service

  • To always deliver commendable customer service in a courteous and professional manner

About You

This role requires an individual who is happy to help where needed. You will be joining a busy team and each day can be different. The ideal candidate will need to be have a good telephone manner, a knowledge of word, excel and outlook.

An enthusiastic, can do attitude and ability to work as part of a team is a must as this role is fast paced and varied.

Position terms

The working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks.

22k per annum with 20 days holiday + bank holidays and Christmas.
