We are seeking 2 Returns Administrators for our client based in Lympne. The successful applicants will need to have excellent customer service skills, administration experience with the ability to deal with difficult situations. This is based in the Returns department and will be dealing with inconvienced customers that have problems with a product, so empathy and excellent levels of customer service is required at all times. They would also like candidates that are willing to pick and pack when work is slow in the returns.

Hours are 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and own transport is essential due to location.
