Regional Sales and Business Development Manager - Maternity Cover MIN 9 Months FTC

( Potential to extend to full time contract after this period)

We are looking for a driven, hard working and friendly sales and business development manager to join the team and cover the current individual who is going off on Maternity.

The current member doesn't go on maternity until June, however, they are looking for someone to join the team, have a decent hand over and learn about the company in a good time frame.

There is also the opportunity as the company is due to grow another 60% this year , that the role will be extended to a permanent contract.

You will ideally be based in Bristol as you will be responsible for 3 locations in the Bristol area , as well as bringing on business you will oversee all of the sales performance of 3 other locations.

The company look after high end property in the managed services arena , so your role will be to build report with commercial agents, corporate businesses etc and help increase client occupancy

The company also has a sales team passing on leads, so the role will be to convert the leads given, as well as find your own

This is very must about relationships and business development- no quick sale tactics needed

This role will also have an element of mentoring, with the growth of the businesses, they have 3 sites- Cribbs, Bath and Taunton that have new sales teams, so even though its not a people management role , helping these new recruits and mentoring them will be vital for the businesses success

Ideally you will have a background / knowledge in property sales/ property management, but that is desirable not essential

The role is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Salary is between £30k-£40k and a bonus will be paid for KPIS being hit.
