Recruitment Resourcers role supporting two very different, busy and successful permanent recruitment desks. The opportunity is varied and interesting and you will be involved in most aspects of the recruitment cycle supporting and learning from two very experienced recruitment professionals.

We are looking for someone with permanent recruitment experience, possibly internal? to help with the growth of the two desks and to be part of the next stage in the development of this particular area of the business.

You will be involved with different aspects of the following for each consultant:

• Database searching and monitoring (HR GO have the very best intuitive, semantic software and access to all major resources)
• Recruitment system and process administration
• Recruitment advertising and screening

The role can to a large extent be moulded around the person we choose, and the opportunity could equally suit someone who is ambitious (or not) with training and development to suit.

n.b. We can consider Hybrid working/ working from home with this position.

What we need is:

• Previous permanent recruitment experience
• A confident telephone manner
• Good attention to detail,
• Strong admin/MS office skills
• Ability to learn and ask questions if you don't understand
• A sensible and organised attitude
