Permanent Recruitment Resourcer - Hybrid or Stansted based

• Hybrid working- Full time, Monday to Friday

• Salary depending on experience. Approx £21k-£25k

Due to the success of our Permanent recruitment hub desks of Helen Lacey and Richard Tillbrook we are looking to expand the team and add a recruitment resourcer to support both desks.

The desks run differently and the role will involve different elements of the following for each consultant:

• Searching the recruitment databases using Daxtra

• Setting up and monitoring watchdog searches

• Profile administration

• Writing a bio for the recruiter to send

• Preparing the CV to send to the client

• Creating and posting job adverts

• Initial screening of advert response

• Where necessary screening candidates for assigned roles

• General support to the 2 permanent recruitment desks.

• Holiday cover for either recruiter

(Training will be given where required).

What we need is:

• Good attention to detail,

• Strong admin/MS office skills

• Ability to learn and ask questions if you don't understand

• A sensible and organised attitude
