HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery in line with company procedures
Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
Loading raw materials into machinery and removing finished products
Recording production information accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Supporting other production areas when required
Requirements:
Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
A good understanding of health and safety procedures
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
Good level of literacy and numeracy
