Job Title: Customer Service Advisor 

Location: South Shields  

Salary/Hourly Rate: £10.50  - £11.44

Job Type: Temp- Perm

Working hours/days: 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday with overtime available!  (4 day working week!!)

HRGO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the Education services companies based in South Shields as a Customer Service Advisor.  

Working for one of the biggest Education services organisations based in South Shields, the ideal candidate will be calling students to complete short surveys regarding their courses.

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor: 

• Conducting short surveys for students
• Making outbound calls to course attendees
• Paying attention to student's feedback
• Recording accurate information on the system
• General admin duties

General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor: 

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Customer service skills - both face to face and over the telephone
• Eagerness to learn
• Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
