£20,000 - £23,000 Salary + Commission + Incentives

The Education Division is young in its journey, starting in 2019. Due to the success of this newly formed division, we are looking for a recruitment consultant to support our office growth in Colchester, Essex.
Our team are currently 10 looking to expand to 12 in 2023.

You will start your journey with us by supporting and growing our special needs desk in Essex.

• Full time hours, but reduced to 9am - 3pm in half terms (Including the 6 week holiday)

  We pay from your very first placement, and have no threshold to earn.
• Expected commission for first year is between £5000 - £10,000

• As a growing division, we have faster than normal routes to management and senior posts.
• Our promotion plan is transparent, with salary increases of a minimum £3000 increase at every promotion point and only 3 promotions from Directorship.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy speaking to people both on the phone and face to face. And be able to build rapport with your candidates and clients. Most importantly, you will want to make a difference.

However, what we are looking for above else is someone's willingness to learn, stay motivated, and the ability to work towards a goal.

Having at least 6 months of recruitment experience from any sector would also be a benefit/sought-after skill, but not essential - a sales or target-based background is also highly desirable.
