HRGO Dover are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their successful, busy team.

Person Specification

To fulfil this role the post holder must be inspirational and influential with the drive to achieve. The position requires tangible and measurable results which are achieved through communication with, and assistance from, internal and external contacts of the Company.

The post holder will be friendly, assertive and efficient with the ability to achieve above and beyond expected targets. The ability to negotiate at a high level, sell concepts and ideas and be able to build and retain the Company's client base are a must for the position. The post holder will enjoy challenging situations, be able to work under pressure and have the initiative to act upon sensible business reasoning within the Company's framework.

This position is best filled by a person who is self-confident, enthusiastic, of a positive disposition, self-starting, active, alert, competitive and able to make sound business decisions with the increased success of the Company held as a priority.

The overall purpose of the position

To meet and exceed Permanent and Temporary revenue targets within both sectors, and in accordance with agreed performance standards and in so doing, make HR GO a trusted brand within your market place.

Key Activities

Through social networking, business networking and advertising create a pipeline of warm and hot candidates;

Treat candidates with respect, being open and honest as well as delivering on promises;

Maintain relevant and timely dialogue with candidates;

Be a trusted source of industry knowledge and advice for candidates;

Build long-term relationships with candidates to create referrals and business for the future.

Through social networking, business networking, marketing calls, sales calls and mailers identify potential clients and create a pipeline of prospects;

Engage with those prospects to uncover job opportunities for key candidates;

Gain buy-in from the hiring managers by demonstrating an understanding of their business;

Guide and control all parties in the process until a successful placement is achieved;

Develop an on-going relationship with clients to secure referrals and future business.

Demonstrate an understanding of the key activities and ratios that drive consistent perm revenue;

Seek support when under-achievement is expected.

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, you will also need to be able to cover the on call phone, evenings & Weekends on a rota.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
