With a strong UK presence within recruitment industry, offices in Sydney office and the recent opening of an office in Poland. HR GO Recruitment are looking to for a Branch Manager/ Recruitment Manager to manage, develop and drive our Wakefield Branch, along with continuing to build on it's current successful client base.

With our footprint expanding overseas, along with us recently securing new office space in Central London, you will be joining at an incredibly exciting period for the business. HR GO has been investing heavily in technology with all consultants receiving laptop, iPhone, industry leading CRM, access to numerous job boards plus a full recruiter license on LinkedIn.

We offer competitive basic salaries plus monthly commission scheme and incentive prizes. On top of these monthly rewards our high achievers are also awarded year end prizes, which include international city breaks and top sporting events.

Your role will be to manage a team of recruiters, drive the success of the branch, and continuing to find the best talent for our clients in the local area.

  • What is key is for you to have experience of working as a Branch Manager within the recruitment sector, with a natural ability to sell and the ability to lead and motivate your team.
  • You must be prepared for hard work to deliver the right people for your clients.
  • You will be determined to succeed and show us what success you have already tasted in your career to date.

It is as much about the right attitude and hunger above anything else.

In terms of experience, we have been operating for over 60 years and have a wealth of experience across our business and have built strong working relationships with a number of clients both large and small. What has worked for us is the ability to be entrepreneurial, with a flair for building relationships externally and internally, ensuring we offer the best service to clients, candidates and our staff.

You will report into a Regional Manager who will ensure you have support, training and guidance to help you continue to develop your career.
