An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join my client specialist company in Ashford.

This is a very varied working in an exciting and busy industry.

You will be responsible for the Delivering and managing the recruitment process to internal stakeholders:

• Recruitment on boarding
• Provide advice and guidance to key internal stakeholders
• Managing apprenticeships and levy
• Design and implement talent attraction plans
• Sending new starter paperwork
• Updating databases and following GDPR
• Assisting with disciplinarians and grievances
• Supporting HR Advisors and Manager with day to day issues

In return we are looking for candidates with excellent administration skills with the ability to liaise with clients of all levels and maintain a professional and customer focused service. Previous recruitment or HR experience is a strong desirable.

You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft packages and have an excellent eye for detail.
