Recruitment & Compliance Administrator
Salary: £23,000-£27,000 Depending on experience
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm
Location: Cheadle Heath
Job type: Full time - Perm
Holidays: 20 day per year plus bank holidays
Job Role
- Administrator for the HR/Recruitment office
- Highly organised and efficient when providing first line support to our HR Recruitment Officer
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with compliance
- Assist in payroll
- induction for our Tier 3.5 service.
- To ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements and provide effective customer service.
Role Specific
- Support with the on boarding process for new starters
- Including but not limited to referencing, compliance, background screening and right-to-work checks.
- Provide efficient administration for the recruitment and selection process, including application management, contacting candidates and arranging interviews.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role dealing with recruitment.
