Due to continued growth, HRGO Norwich has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the team.
The role within the Norwich Office will be varied and involve the following:
Building relationships with candidates
Recruiting staff for our clients in Norfolk and Suffolk
Managing our internal Recruitment database
Working closely with the payroll team
Overseeing compliance and Right to Work paperwork
Advertising vacancies across a broad range of marketing channels for the business
The ideal candidate will be confident with administration and IT systems and have an eye for detail. You will be an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is able to speak to people at all levels.
