Recruitment Administrator
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our successful agency based in Birmingham.
This is a Full time Temp to Perm position working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm
Duties will include:
* Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Utilise and maintain the applicant tracking system to progress recruitment activity.
* Candidate on boarding
* Payroll
* Holidays
* References
* RTW checks
* DBS checks
* All recruitment administration
The experience you will need:
* Experience of high-volume admin, with the ability to work at pace.
* Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems.
* Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
* Strong team ethic.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration
