HR GO Ashford are proudly assisting a prestigious car dealership with their search for a Receptionist/Customer Host. You will be the one making that all important first impression, so lets make sure it is the best every time. Main Duties: * To handle all incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner * Meet and greet all visitors that enter the dealership * Assist customers with the necessary introductions to either the relevant department or member of staff. * To ensure that the customer's experience with the dealership is of the highest quality and in line with Main Dealer regulations * Log any sales enquiries or potential leads * Assisting with the dealership promotions and launch events when necessary * Liaise with the Sales team to see if there are any administration tasks which need to be completed The person: * Previous experience in a customer service role, both over the phone and face to face, is essential * Experience of working in a car dealership setting would be desirable * Intermediate IT skills * Must have a can-do attitude * Possess a hand on approach to work tasks Salary: * The annual salary is £17,076 per annum * Working hours are 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) on a rota Monday - Saturday
