As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all visitors so key to this role is to be a positive and approachable person who is well presented. Key responsibilities: Dealing with incoming calls and transferring to the relevant staff or departments. Meeting and greeting visitors. The ordering of supplies and stationery Maintaining the company database and spreadsheets. General administration duties and assisting other departments as and when required.
