Our client is an exciting entrepreneurial company, enjoying huge growth. We are recruiting for a Quality Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team at our manufacuring site in Drogheda, Co. Louth. The company has enjoyed explosive growth since its launch 8 and is now available in a staggering 42 countries. The ambition of the business is to become a global leader. In order to support continued growth, they now require a Quality Team Leader / Supervisor to manage the Quality Team and liaise directly with the Production and Engineering teams to assure all products are manufactured in accordance with a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Role Deliverables: * Lead the activities of the Quality Assurance Department including documentation management and activities related to material release * Manage several quality systems including investigations, corrective actions and change control * Provide leadership and direction to the Quality and Site Management Teams to ensure business, quality and compliance goals are met * Provide technical support in the identification of non-compliance's / deviations from the quality system and implement corrective actions and procedures to prevent reoccurrence. * Ensure Quality KPI's are achieved and maintained * Ensure the QMS is implemented, maintained and improved on where necessary. * Monitor and report on Quality performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis at the relevant forums Experience and Qualifications: * 5+ years relevant quality operations experience in GMP manufacturing environment * Degree qualified in an Engineering/Science Discipline * Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor Qualification * A proven track record working in an accredited site and working with accreditation bodies e.g. ISO, BRC etc. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated the ability to lead in a previous role. * Experience in people management and development.
