POSITION: Quality Inspector

LOCATION: Bodelwyddan

SALARY: £20,000-£25,000p/a

Purpose of the job

As first priority be dedicated to Cam system implementation, ensure planned activity are on time, prepare all master samples necessary to run camera system for each PN introduced, and support debugging activity with IT from HQ/ UK.

Context

Work on the Shop floor in Bodelwyddan site and work closely with quality and production to ensure the correction of any failures coming out from the initial debugging phase of cam system into production environment

Tools used

• Project plan management
• Keyence sensors/processor

Responsibilities

• Implement master samples for cam system used
• Ensure masters works as expected avoiding cam system failure

Main tasks:

• Ensure system implemented has no bugs, or failures due to system weakness, or poor programming from our side during master preparation
• Coordinate for preparation of benches
• Ensure cam system implementation by feb 2021
• Collect scraps data from daily use to have statistic for analysis
