Our Logistics client is seeking a Projects & IT Coordinator to join the Compliance department. The successful applicant will manage all aspects of projects and operating systems.
Key responsibilities:
Plan activities, document, track and report progress
Identify critical path, manage and escalate as appropriate
Ensure project delivery is on time and on budget
Deal with enquiries from interested parties
Maintain information security and integrity on all systems
Problem solving and implementation of fixes
Liaison with key IT suppliers with implementation and delivery of IT hardware and software systems
Provide training on IT systems
Support IT systems including telephony and customs
Develop and maintain hardware and software asset register
The successful applicant must have previous project management experience, Degree qualified and have formal qualifications, or be willing to be trained on project management, good understanding of systems, excellent communication skills, excellent IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
