We are looking for a Project Officer for a public-sector organisation based in Oxford. This is a temporary role for 2 months initially.

As a Project Officer, you will be:

• Dealing with Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs)
• Gaining quotes for work on site and overseeing to completion
• Progressing specific compliance issues at 2 sites working with the regulator and contractor
• Reviewing current procedures and establish ongoing compliance processes

You will need to have:

• Knowledge and experience of securing work through third parties
• Experience in compliance with Local Authority procurement procedures
• A background in a similar type of role

Once embedded in the role, flexible working can be considered.
