Summary of the role HRGO Sussex require a Project Estimator for this hugely successful International client. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will take ownership of enquiry qualification for our client's Technical Department. You will play a pivotal part in the growth of the company's range through project qualification and enquiry coordination. Main duties will include customer related phone calls/emails supporting the field Project Managers, project design and quotation and involvement in innovation projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervision of the qualification of incoming project enquiries / leads. * Producing quotations from pre-defined criteria in line with current process * Reactive response to immediate contractor requests involving solution development * Assist with standard item enquiries as and when requested * Involvement and leadership of innovation projects and tasks * 3D GA and drawings for bespoke projects Qualifications, Skills and Experience * Essential technical qualification at A Level or higher. Similar Engineering or Building Services qualifications considered * Preferable experience of the construction industry, mechanical and / or electrical design * Preferable 2D and 3D CAD experience, ideally in Autodesk (Inventor) * Experience in a customer facing role - essential * Experienced use of Microsoft Outlook & Excel * Excellent communication skills written and verbal Personal Profile * Outgoing and confident mind set with good interpersonal skills. * Independent and confident adhering to timelines * Self-motivated individual who delivers results against process * Excellent interpersonal skills, clear telephone manner - able to develop effective relationships We endeavour to respond to all applications; however, due to the large volume this isn't always possible.
