I have an exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation who have experienced considerable growth throughout the last two years. My client operates across the United Kingdom delivering market leading solutions for a portfolio of highly recognisable clients. Job Role: To support the Project Manager during the project term by ensuring necessary administration tasks are completed to satisfy requirements of the client and other key stakeholders. Shared responsibility for delivery of the project on time, within budget (P&L) and to a high standard of quality * Ensure job packs are created in a timely manner * Liaise with field based staff to ensure information is received for permitting * Working with Shared Services ensure applications for permits/notices are completed * Ensure registration of permits on NAR using measure received from site agent * Effective planning and prioritisation of daily activities * Complete specialist application forms for permits * Working with Shared Services ensure input gang wages * Deal with client queries promptly and effectively, escalating to relevant stakeholder where appropriate * Manage resource and liaise with other operational teams to ensure all contract KPI's are met * Arrange and attends pre- site surveys * Timely resolution of 'As Built' rejections * Process and apply for DFEs where required * Organising routine stock takes, ordering additional materials where required * Assist site agents to ensure that the correct labour/plant/materials are on site as required * Where applicable, update client systems in real time and/or (as minimum) every three days * Monitor daily submissions on GEO-Sight and reporting findings/anomalies to work team for correction * Provide the Project Manager and key stakeholders with information with regards to changes, delays and mitigation's * Retrieve stats for areas for Project Managers when required - water, electric, gas, BT and Linesearch * Report internally and for the client information such as Key Performance Indicators, Partner Expansion, Service Review Meetings etc. * Track daily interim report to see if a payment is due on a project, this includes completing interim document ready for sign off and completing payment on internal database To apply for this role through HRGO Recruitment please click on the "apply button"
