HR GO Recruitment is looking for a Production Planner for our prestigious client, a leader in the paper industry.

You will build the production planning and supply chain process for new site (biorefinery) from the ground up.

Working place: Wrocław
Working model: Hybrid (3/2)

What you will do:

• Planning and implementation of production orders.
• Creation and management of capacity and availability checks.
• Checking material stocks and ensuring timely reordering.
• Developing and implementing production planning processes as part of our new ERP System (S4/HANA).
• Close coordination with production, maintenance, purchasing, logistics and customer care for a smooth end-to-end process.
• Development of a KPI system for production control.
• Continuous improvement of production and work processes.
• Compliance with internal processes.
• Ensuring a high level of service to all internal and external customers and partners.
• Working in a cross-functional supply chai team.

Who you are:

• A degree in production engineering, process engineering or process technician, or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in production and resource planning in a chemical production plant.
• Strong analytic skills and a keen interest in process engineering tasks.
• Knowledge of the use of IT systems for production planning processes, S/4 HANA an advantage.
• Very good Excel and MS Office skills.
• High service orientation.
• Real team player mentality in an international team.
• Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Effective and efficient communication with all levels of an organization.
• Very good English skills.
• Good German skills as an asset.
