Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge?
HRGO are seeking a candidate who is available and able to commit for the next 6 months with very strong Administration and Customer Services skills to work for our client based in Medway.
You will be required to create and distribute the production programme on a daily basis for the warehouse supervisor, managing all paperwork for goods in and out via hauliers and entering stock information onto company database.
In addition to this you will provide administrative support to the warehouse department including raising of packaging purchase orders. This will involve you working with the teams in the manufacturing side, so you will need to possess strong communication skills, being able to liaise with all levels of personnel and also be able to use Microsoft Excel with confidence.
Candidates suited to this role will need to possess a high level of computer and numeracy literacy and have excellent attention to detail.
Potential for a permanent contract at the end of the temporary assignment.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm. Immediate start for the right candidate!
